雷晓颖，工学博士，研究生导师。

2015年2月毕业于韩国光云大学电子融合工程学院，2015年6月以“国外引进人才”入职扬州大学信息工程学院，2019年1月至2020年8月赴美国北卡罗来纳州立大学电气电子工程学院交流学习。

主要研究方向:

Machine learning algorithms for wireless networks, mmWave communication technologies and vehicular networks.
